Throughout her career, Hennie has successfully led complex operational and transformation initiatives, combining strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach to delivering sustainable business improvements. Most recently, as Chief of Staff and subsequently Head of Transformation at Venterra Group, she worked closely with the executive team from the company's inception, supporting its rapid growth through the acquisition and integration of nine businesses and four successful fundraising rounds.
