Richard E. Chammas

Richard E. Chammas is Group Chief Ventures Officer at UCC Holding, bringing in more than 30 years of international experience in construction, infrastructure, investment, and executive leadership. Educated at Columbia University, Cornell University, and INSEAD, he has led major organizations and large-scale development programs across the Middle East and Europe, while serving on numerous boards and advisory committees. In his current role, he oversees the Group’s ventures platform, supporting strategic growth initiatives, new business development, and investments across emerging sectors.
