Jason Ewles

Jason Ewles is a senior upstream oil and gas leader with over 30 years of international experience spanning exploration, field development, and production operations across a range of global assets and operating environments.

Throughout his career, Jason has held a number of senior technical and leadership positions, combining deep subsurface expertise with a strong track record of delivering operational and commercial value. Most recently, he served as Technical Director at EnQuest, reporting directly to the CEO and leading subsurface studies, reserves and resources evaluations, reservoir management, field development planning, and production optimisation activities.

Prior to EnQuest, Jason spent ten years with Petrofac’s Integrated Energy Services division, holding senior technical roles in the UK, Mexico, and Malaysia. He also worked for Hess, where he managed subsurface activities across UK and Russian assets before relocating to the United States. Jason began his career with Chevron in the UK Continental Shelf, working across a variety of technical disciplines before undertaking international assignments focused on subsurface development and asset growth.
